In history, we are going to be learning about The Sheffield Blitz. Sheffield was targeted because of the steel industry. Many people were killed and houses and buildings were damaged and destroyed. Schools were closed and children were evacuated. So the children have been creating art based around this theme inspired by artists such as Wilfred Stanley Haines.
